The Eastern at Atlanta Dairies
Located in the heart of vibrant Reynoldstown, The Eastern is a cutting-edge music venue nestled within the dynamic Atlanta Dairies complex. Just blocks from the Beltline, this 2,300-capacity venue is a true urban gem, seamlessly blending state-of-the-art design with a distinct cultural flair.
The multi-tiered layout offers unbeatable sightlines, incredible sound, and a spacious atmosphere, while the rooftop provides a unique mix of a covered performance space, bar, restaurant, and open-air seating that’s perfect for socializing, enjoying live music, or simply taking in the city views.
As a large, purpose-built venue anchoring a sensitive adaptive reuse context, The Eastern creates a vibrant new hub of activity on the Atlanta Dairies site while respecting the scale and character of the existing project and its architecture.

A key player in the award-winning Atlanta Dairies—also designed our Atlanta studio—The Eastern anchors the complex as both a destination for entertainment as well as a lively gathering spot.

The venue’s design pushed creative boundaries to fit its small, triangular footprint, overcoming a significant grade change. The result is a sleek, cantilevered structure that maximizes space while offering outdoor covered areas for queuing or just enjoying the scene. Plus, the venue cleverly shields the surrounding courtyard from the nearby noise of I-20, helping to create a peaceful, pedestrian-friendly environment.
As the final piece of the Atlanta Dairies puzzle, The Eastern completes this evolving space, combining adaptive reuse and modern design to foster a sense of community. It’s a place where history meets the future, and every performance becomes part of a story that’s still being written.
