Steven’s youth revolved around team sports; whether it was soccer, basketball, baseball, or football. Understanding team dynamics and the roles each of us play has naturally led to a team leader role. This has shaped his approach to project management—rooted in adaptability, foresight, and a deep understanding of client needs. Empowering stakeholders to take ownership of the design process, his work fosters collaboration and innovation at every stage.

For over 20 years, Steven has spent his career focusing on all aspects of the K-12 learning environment. Understanding the impact we can have on how students learn, interact, and grow over the course of their education drives us to better solutions. He has cultivated an extensive portfolio across the southeastern United States, including Texas, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina.
