Creative Office Resources New York Showroom

New York, New York
Leading the Future of Workplace Design

Creative Office Resources’ (COR) flagship location at 16 Madison Square Park West operates as a product showroom and a headquarters for Tri-State-based employees. Reflecting a commitment to leading industry trends, the space demonstrates how office design can adapt to changing work dynamics. Employees and visitors are using and testing COR’s products daily, and the space serves as a nexus of innovation and community, creating an industry hub and encouraging new ways of thinking about workplace design.

The layout accommodates clients, partners, and events, while supporting diverse work styles.
A showroom that presents innovative return-to-work solutions.

COR wanted to create a space that supports a collaborative, flexible, and inclusive culture; enriches industry partnerships; and encourages employee growth and empowerment. This project offered an exciting opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind workplace that showcases the versatility of their product range while serving the evolving needs of employees and the design community.

A flexible reception area provides opportunities to create in-person connections that employees can’t get working from home.
An open-plan layout inspired by the idea of a “salon” operates as an informal dining and workspace during the day, and can host standing or seated cocktail or speaking events after work hours.
Inspiring Creativity

Our team collaborated closely with COR to showcase a wide range of products. The “show-workspaces” feature furnishings and storage from MillerKnoll brands such as Herman Miller, Knoll, Muuto, Geiger, and HAY, as well as textiles and accessories from COR’s diverse portfolio of vendors. The consistent high quality and diverse styles within COR’s product lineup provided room to experiment with design and implementation.

When people can work from anywhere, our workplaces have to adapt to fulfill employees’ unique needs. Employees come to the office to engage and share ideas with colleagues, grow their networks, and get inspired.

Denise Horn, CEO and Partner, Creative Office Resources

The space at 16 Madison Square Park West provided an opportunity for Tri-State employees to come together in person for the first time since the company was formed in a merger in 2022, fostering a sense of unity.
The layout prioritizes flexibility and building connections, with features such as desk hoteling, mixed-use communal areas, and varied meeting spaces, all designed with COR products.
