Galapagos
Stepping into Galapagos, an investment management firm, feels like you’ve won a one-way ticket to a tropical archipelago. Nestled in a dedicated building on Avenida Rebouças, the firm occupies one of the most tranquil, tree-lined areas of the city, known as “Reboucinhas.” Both the location and the design harmoniously embrace the beauty of nature, creating a serene atmosphere that resonates throughout the space.
Galapagos is developed in a circular shape, with a tree-lined central atrium connecting the five floors of the building. Here, architecture and landscaping by Zien Arquitetura and Andre Paoliello, respectively, serves as a serene refuge, showcasing a rich variety of vegetation and reflective water features.
The visual connection between interior and exterior is one of the main attractions of the project, which allows the contemplation of life inside and outside the office. This strategy was made possible by the circular arrangement of meeting rooms and reserved areas next to the building’s internal atrium, facilitating navigation and optimizing the use of natural light.
