Wind Point Partners

Chicago, Illinois
Bold, Sophisticated Hospitality

Stepping off the elevator, an asymmetrical composition of onyx slabs and a strong linear lighting gesture combine with a blonde-finish, herringbone floor to create a stunning first impression of Wind Point’s new headquarters. A large conference center surrounds an open and airy lounge and pre-function area, which provides third workplace options for employees while also supporting the guest experience.

Clear glazing at perimeter private offices offer views and bring natural light into the interior open offices areas. Open workstations are situated along the perimeter where possible to provide all with access to stunning, unobstructed views of Michigan Ave.

The result is a state-of-the-art facility that fully supports the firm’s functional requirements, provides for flexibility in work environments, and reinforces the firm’s brand and culture.

Team used a language of bold architectural gestures, combined with restrained, minimalist details for maximum effect.
Hospitality design was woven in throughout, including a scent machine to move beyond physical design.
Height adjustable furniture was incorporated into the private offices as well as all workstations.
