Kristin Winters

AIA, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP
Principal, Corporate and Commercial, Dallas

Kristin’s design philosophy centers on hearing what clients need, even when they can’t quite find the words to express it. She focuses on the intersection of vision and pragmatism, building a genuine connection with clients and contractors to deliver projects that perform as promised, every time. She’s passionate about the details, the nitty gritty, and she’s turned that passion into advocacy for other project architects and the boots-on-the-ground work of a technical expert. Creating and leading our internal Project Architect Development Program, Kristin makes sure has made sure the people at the heart of a design’s functionality are given the confidence to succeed. After all, as she likes to point out, “good design is good business.”

When she’s not solving complex design challenges, Kristin is busy with her two kids and their endless activities, from soccer and basketball to ballet and everything in between.

The Epic at Deep Ellum Building 2 Groundbreaking
I love to try new things and have taken up golf, tennis, and skiing just in the past few years. I am not great at any of them, but enjoy trying to get better!
