Kristin Winters

AIA, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP
Associate Principal, Corporate and Commercial, Dallas

Born in Wisconsin with most of her young life spent in St. Louis, she fell in love early with the art of architecture. From an early age, she developed a keen awareness of how a building can create impact; this awareness would later influence every project she came to work on. Kristin’s draw to solve problems and not just create beautiful buildings has served her well in delivering successful projects to clients. Day to day she practices her adage “good design is good business.”

Kristin volunteers with Lake Highlands Junior Women’s League where they work on projects supporting mothers and children in their community. She enjoys painting with watercolors, traveling, and hanging out with her kids.

"Never stop being a student. The best projects are the result of teamwork, trust, and the willingness to listen and learn from each other."
The Epic at Deep Ellum Building 2 Groundbreaking
I love to try new things and have taken up golf, tennis, and skiing just in the past few years. I am not great at any of them, but enjoy trying to get better!
