For Gina, people are at the center of everything we do. She sees developing talent and building strong client relationships not as separate tasks, but as parts of the same puzzle—one that comes together through care, curiosity, and attention to how we grow alongside one another. A member of the firm’s board of directors since 2013, Gina’s strategic leadership ensures our teams and clients around the world are successful. She has worn many hats here—from Firmwide Workplace Practice Leader to Managing Director of our Chicago studio to Chief Marketing Officer.
As Workplace Practice Leader, Gina strengthened the firm’s position as a global leader in corporate interior design. As Managing Director, Gina helped shape the Chicago studio into a thriving center of creativity deeply rooted in a commitment to client care. Later, as Chief Marketing Officer, she championed a robust culture of client engagement, strategically led project teams around the world to win transformative new projects, and played a critical role in the launch of some of Perkins&Will’s most significant differentiators, including our client-facing Insights platform and firmwide Impact Report.
Today, Gina employs her business savvy, design sensibility, and strategic mind to lead the firm through complex new initiatives and critical projects.
