Jeff Williams

AICP, LEED AP
Principal, Urban Design, Atlanta

In his twelve years at Perkins&Will, Jeff has led projects for diverse clients at every scale, from innovation districts and new cities to groundbreaking urban regeneration. His work includes commercial real estate development, particularly at sites of rapid urban transformation, and long-range city-building initiatives for institutions and local governments in North America and across the globe. In close collaboration with clients and interdisciplinary teams, he identifies the essential design direction in every assignment, aligning the possibilities for change with his client’s mission.

Jeff takes special interest in the physical disposition of cities, knowing that the measure of great cities is how they design for change. He treats the city as our most durable cultural artifact and is inspired by projects that test development norms and approach cities as vehicles for telling stories about society’s highest aspirations.

"Design is how humans solve problems and fight mundanity. As a bonus, it can also be a good bit of fun."
