Pat Bosch

LEED AP BD+C
Principal, Design Director, Miami

Born in Cuba to architect parents and fluent in four languages, Pat is a true global citizen. Her multicultural upbringing included time spent in Spain, Puerto Rico, Switzerland, and New York.

From an early age, she developed a keen awareness of social and cultural nuances; this awareness would later inform her design thinking and influence every project in her portfolio. Pat’s humanistic designs often serve as agents of social change, creating opportunities for the underrepresented. She lives by the mantra “always leave things better than the way you found them.”

Pat has called Miami home since 1994 when she helped launch our studio there. She is a frequent guest speaker at local schools, inspiring students—particularly girls and young women—to pursue design as a career. She loves to discover cultures through cooking, folk art, and materials.
