Andrew is a project manager, designer, and project architect with nearly 20 years of experience. He focuses on Science + Technology, Higher Education, and Corporate + Commercial projects. Clinch’s recent experience includes the award-winning University of Washington School of Medicine in South Lake Union, Troy Block Mixed-Use Office Building under construction in South Lake Union, and the University of Washington Life Sciences Building currently in design. He is a registered architect in Illinois and a U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, Building Design and Construction accredited professional (LEED AP BD+C). Clinch is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), serves on the Community Enhancement Committee for the NAIOP Washington Chapter, and a member of the American Institute of Architects. He holds a Master of Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from University of Illinois, Ubana-Champaign.
