Gabrielle oversees Perkins+Will’s firmwide Diversity Initiative. As a leader of global projects she has in-depth knowledge of the importance of diversity in advancing the architectural profession. In order to remain competitive and relevant within an ever-changing marketplace, Gabrielle advocates that the diversity of design professions should mirror the society they serve.
Throughout her career, Gabrielle has been responsible for the strategic and financial leadership of Perkins+Will’s Los Angeles office. Gabrielle’s expertise is focused on the planning and management of large-scale facilities, guiding the projects from their conceptual and planning phases all the way through construction. She is recognized for expertly managing some of the most complex and program-intensive projects within the Los Angeles office including the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and the USC Zikha Neurogenetic Institute.
Gabrielle is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA). She has been inducted into the National Association of Women Business Owners’ (NAWBO) Leadership and Legacy Hall of Fame.
