George has been practicing architecture for a total of 28 years. A graduate of Columbia University and the University of Miami he has had the opportunity to live, work, or study in Manhattan; Chicago; Venice, Italy; and South Florida. He has provided over 12 years of service at Perkins+Will. He is currently responsible for approximately $400 Million in domestic projects ranging from institutional to commercial. Such projects range from design through post-occupancy. As project manager, he is involved as a leadership team member in the design and technical delivery of the largest LEED® registered university in the world – currently under construction. Advocacy of sustainable approaches is paramount in his work and company philosophy as well as that of their expanding local client base. Aside from leading projects, George serves as the Technical Director for the Miami office assuring firm standards and protocols are integrated into all Miami-based projects.
