As Managing Director of the Seattle office, Kay provides strategic and financial direction. For more than 20 years, she has been recognized for her leadership skills and her ability to plan, design, and manage program driven facilities. Kay's project work ranges from public to private and is focused on science + technology, transit, and corporate facilities. She has undertaken research and development and manufacturing projects for clients such as Merck/Rosetta, GSK and Bayer as well as public projects for King County Library System, the Department of Ecology, City of Tacoma, and Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation.
Kay is active in several industry organizations including Washington Biotechnology and Biomedical Association, International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering and Pacific Real Estate Industry.
