Welcome to our Seattle studio

We’re in one of the most populated and dynamic cities in the U.S., so we take the health and well-being of our communities seriously. For 20 years, we’ve led the design of prominent projects in the Puget Sound region and beyond, including Alaska, California, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Wyoming with an attention to our surroundings and our impact. And we’ve proudly collaborated with some of the world’s most innovative clients. Surrounded by nature’s beauty—from the picturesque Puget Sound to the iconic Mount Rainier—we’re inspired to design beautifully and sustainably across many project types.

Designing Care That Matters

Our healthcare practice designs spaces that support healing and human connection. With projects recently completed and others underway, we partner with care providers to create thoughtful, resilient environments that serve patients, staff and communities alike.

We Won Five Interior Design Awards at the 2025 IIDA INawards

Our interiors practice was recognized at the IIDA INawards, taking top honors in five categories including the coveted Best in Show prize.

INawards honors design excellence in interior design and interior architecture projects that represent achievement in creativity and innovation, across the Pacific Northwest. Each year, the competition is judged by three impartial industry judges from outside of our region.

FEATURED WORK
The Pepper Canyon West Living and Learning Neighborhood

Marking a new iconic entry point to the UCSD campus, the six-acre housing site contains two C-shaped buildings, each with a prominent tower to house a total of 1300 upper-division students.

This award-winning student residence complex is designed to be at the forefront of systems efficiency, transit-oriented development, and biophilic design.

The Center for Novel Therapeutics Receives Highest Honor from The San Diego Architectural Foundation

Perkins&Will received the Malone Grand Orchid Award in response to our innovative approach to lab design, which focuses on enabling collaboration through chance encounters between researchers and increased visual connectivity.

Since 2014, we've partnered with the nonprofit Mary's Place

We have transformed old buildings into over 100,000 square feet of family shelters. Thanks to our ongoing commitment, that number continues to grow.

When we're not working, chances are good you can find us in the mountains—rain, snow, wind, or shine.
FUN FACT
We uphold Seattle's reputation as a coffee lovers' town: Our team collectively consumes 700 pounds of java a year!
